Detailed Description
The GEOperator is a greater than or equal, or GE comparison function block as referenced by IEC 61131-3 in PLC.
The GEOperator output (Out) is set to true
when the first argument (In1) is greater than or equal with the second argument (In2), otherwise it will be set to false
.
Arguments
Name | Description |
---|---|
In1 | Argument 1 |
In2 | Argument 2 |
Out | Result of the logical operation |
When operator is used inside a signal its default input is automatically tied to signal's InternalValue or previous operator's output. Its default output is automatically tied to next operator's input or to signal's Value. See also CDP Operator Usage In CDP Signals.
Actual Processing Code of the GEOperator
unsigned int GEOperator<T>::Process() { if (!m_in2) return STATUS_ERROR; m_output = (T)*m_in1 >= (T)*m_in2; return STATUS_OK; }
